送貨注意事項:

為防止病毒蔓延，顧客若居住在確診新型冠狀病毒感染個案在出現病徵期間逗留過的大廈而需在14天內送貨，只設在樓下交收貨品服務；如送貨地址有需家居隔離之人士居住，則上門送貨只能放於門外。我們會於送貨前半小時來電確認，如有特別需要，可以電郵(info@kauffmann.com.hk)我們。

免費送貨至香港，九龍及新界區。東涌，馬灣則另加附加費$200。愉景灣，離島，村屋恕未能提供服務。(會另外電郵用信用卡收費)

Shipping notice:

To prevent the spread of infection, we can only leave goods at the lobby of buildings with confirmed cases of novel coronavirus resided during the symptomatic phase, and at the doorsteps for residents under quarantine.  Otherwise we will reschedule the order to at least 14 days after the date of last confirmed case, or until the quarantine period has ended.  We will call 30 minutes in advance prior to the delivery to double confirm.  If there are any needs, you are welcome to email us at info@kauffmann.com.hk .

For Tung Chung, Ma Wan, delivery charges will be $200.  (Shipping will be charged with a separate email via Credit Card)  We are sorry that we do not serve deliveries to Outer islands, Discovery Bay, and remote places that are not reachable via our company truck.  If the location is not reachable and refund is needed, there will be a credit card penalty charge from our credit card service provider, so we cannot refund fully, please kindly understand.
