Refund policy

•    Due to hygiene issues, the product can only be returned due to factory defect.  There is not a comfort or sleeping satisfaction guarantee, a product that is not suitable to your comfort (i.e. too soft or too hard) is not a fault.  Kauffmann HK will interchange the same product or product with same or higher value that has been purchased if the original product is not available

•    Orders cannot be amended or voided after confirmation and no refund request will be accepted.

•    In case of any dispute, the determination of Kauffmann HK shall be final.
